What is the whole process for doing business with us?


1) First, please provide details of the products you need then we will quote for you. 2) If the price is acceptable and the client need sample, we provide Proforma Invoice for the client to arrange payment for the sample. 3) If the client approves the sample and requires bulk production for the order, we will provide Proforma Invoice for the client, and we will arrange to produce at once when we get the 30% deposit. 4) We will send photos of all goods, packing, details, and B/L copy for the client after the goods are finished. We will arrange shipment and provide original B/L when the clients pay for the balance.

What are the payment terms for sample cost and order amount?


For the sample, we accept the payment sent by T/T, for orders, we can accept T/T or L/C.

How long and how to get a sample from us?


1) If you need some samples to test, we can make it as per your request.  You should pay for the transportation freight of samples and sample cost, while the sample cost can be refundable if the order is confirmed.  2) Lead time for making sample: 7 days.   3) The transportation freight of samples: the freight depends on the weight and packing size and your area.

What should I do if my smart kitchen and bathroom equipment suddenly loses power and cannot be restarted?

How to maintain a range hood with reduced suction after use?


This is often caused by clogged oil filters or fan malfunctions. It is recommended to regularly disassemble the filter screen, clean it with neutral detergent, and air dry it for resetting; If the suction still does not improve after cleaning, it is necessary to check whether the fan blades have accumulated oil or become loose. Professional personnel should disassemble, clean or repair them, and avoid long-term accumulation of oil stains in daily life.
